These probiotics are truly a revolution. I have had irritable bowel syndrome for many years and have tried many medications, including probiotics. I don't want to start anti-depressants until the last one, and it looks like I finally found probiotics that really work. Within a couple of weeks, bloating, diarrhea and abdominal pain have practically disappeared. Handy and attractive jar. I recommend this remedy to everyone who has encountered irritable bowel syndrome and diarrhea.

Unbelievably, within 8 weeks of taking the LIPID BALANCE probiotic, my cholesterol levels have visibly decreased. Of course, I also try to stick to healthy meals, I walk a lot, but for a long time my cholesterol was elevated, the doctors even thought that I would need to take strong cholesterol medications. Who would have thought that probiotics could work for such problems?

My father recently broke his hip and was immobilized while he was recovering. As a result - constipation. We tried several products that can be bought at the pharmacy, but they didn't do very well with his stomach. A colleague suggested trying the GENTLE BALANCE probiotic, and within a couple of weeks, father's bowel movements normalized, he became more positive, his mood improved. I definitely recommend it to everyone who is affected by the problem of constipation and flatulence.

Lately, I've had a lot of load at work, sometimes I have to work late at night, and when it's time to go to bed, my head is full of thoughts and I can't fall asleep. I toss and turn in bed for a long time, I wake up in the morning without sleep, in a bad mood and that's how it is the whole next day - I yawn, I drink coffee to keep from falling asleep, I'm in a bad mood. I had read a long time ago that mood depends on gut bacteria, and when I noticed that probiotics were available that could improve sleep and mood, I decided to give them a try. I really felt the improvement, I was able to fall asleep more easily, got awake with a clear head, instead of before when my head was like in a fog. I will definitely continue to use VITA REST probiotics, at least until the work load eases.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Probiotics are beneficial microorganisms that usually occur naturally in the body and can also be taken in the form of nutritional supplements. Probiotics are more commonly strains (types) of bacteria that provide various health benefits. Probiotics are defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as beneficial living microorganisms that, when administered in adequate amounts, have a positive effect on human health. Each strain of beneficial bacteria is unique. Saccharomyces boulardii is actually a yeast and was originally derived from the lychee fruit. Bifidobacterium lactis, on the other hand, was first obtained from yogurt, where it was found in very small quantities.
IVBIOTIC products contain different types of live and active probiotic strains. We use different strains for different groups of people and different reasons. Our goal is to offer each individual a specific probiotic that meets their individual needs. When it comes to probiotics, we cannot say that one product could work for everyone.
The mission of IVBIOTIC is to adapt a specific probiotic to each person individually, depending on the complaints and the clinical signs

Lactobacillus is a type of probiotic bacteria commonly found in the human digestive tract
The name "Lactobacillus" is widely known; in fact, many people refer to probiotics as lactobacilli in a generic sense. But Lactobacillus is actually the name of a certain genus of probiotic bacteria that produce lactic acid. A genus is a "family" of bacteria, and the genus Lactobacillus contains many well-known probiotic species, including Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, and Lactobacillus acidophilus. The Lactobacillus genus contains some of the world's most researched probiotic bacteria, which have been shown in countless clinical trials. One such strain is Lactobacillus acidophilus - one of the most studied bacterial species.

Bifidobacterium is a genus of probiotic bacteria found primarily in the colon.
The genus Bifidobacterium contains many different strains of bacteria. A genus is a “family” of similar bacteria, and the genus Bifidobacterium contains several species, including Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium lactis, and Bifidobacterium breve, among others. There are different strains of each species of Bifidobacterium, and they all have specific properties and functions in the body. The functions of the Bifidobacterium genus are diverse and unique, as with all bacteria, depending on the particular strain that has been studied and proven to be beneficial. Certain strains of Bifidobacterium lactis are well known to improve intestinal function, improve transit time and overall digestive health, and support immune function. Bifidobacterium breve strains can improve allergic and skin symptoms. Bifidobacterium infantis can help prevent mood and behavioral problems. Bifidobacterium strains have the ability to break down complex carbohydrates in the colon. The fermentation process produces lactic acid, which lowers the pH of the gut and helps prevent the growth of harmful bacteria. Research has also revealed that Bifidobacterium strains tend to boost overall immunity and are essential for maintaining a healthy digestive tract. The activity of bifidobacteria allows the existence and development of other species. Acetate, a short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) produced by bifidobacteria, feeds other bacteria that produce butyrate, a short-chain fatty acid that nourishes the gut lining and prevents inflammation. Bifidobacteria are the most abundant bacterial genus in the infant gut microbiota and are one of the first bacteria to colonize the intestinal tract as babies pass through the birth canal. From birth to about 3 years of age, Bifidobacterium bacteria make up the majority of an infant's gut microbiota. After this age, the number of Bifidobacter decreases significantly to adult levels, which are about 5% of the gut microbiota.

You can use two or more IVBIOTICS products at the same time. IVBIOTIC products can be mixed and it is practically impossible to overdose.

Taking into account the modern way of life (stress, environmental effects, use of medications, insufficient fiber intake, irregular meals, etc.), changes in the composition and balance of the microbiota and subsequent patient complaints are observed quite often. Probiotics are one of the ways we can positively influence our microbiota. It is known that the lasting effect of probiotics is ensured if they are used in a long-term course - up to 12 weeks.

Although probiotics are one of the safest nutritional supplements, there are some situations where the use of probiotics is not recommended. This applies to immunocompromised patients, immunosuppressed patients, patients with acute pancreatitis who are hospitalized, patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, those with indwelling central venous catheters, infants with short bowel syndrome, or patients with extensive open wounds after major surgery.

Probiotics are not a medicine, so there are no specific recommendations to prohibit the use of probiotics together with alcohol. However, alcohol can harm sensitive live cultures and populations of gut bacteria. There is some evidence that alcohol consumption can negatively affect the delicate balance of the gut microbiome

Unless otherwise specifically recommended, IVBIOTIC is recommended to be taken with breakfast. Research shows that stomach acidity is naturally at pH 4 or even lower (higher pH) in the morning. IVBIOTIC is designed to withstand the aggressive acidic concentration of the stomach.

IVBIOTIC is not recommended to be used with particularly hot, acidic foods and drinks. The interval should be at least 5-10 minutes.
If you are taking antibiotics or antifungal medications, it is better to take probiotics 2 hours apart.

Most probiotics are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding; however, there are some strains (types) of probiotic bacteria that have not been clinically studied in pregnant or breastfeeding women, so it would be recommended to consult a family doctor or gynecologist before using them.

Before starting the use of IVBIOTIC, it is recommended to check whether the composition does not contain substances to which you are known to have an allergic reaction. If in doubt, it is recommended to consult your allergologist.

The use of probiotics is compatible with the use of contraceptives.

IVBIOTIC probiotics are prepared in such a way that they can be stored in a dry, dark, cool place, out of direct sunlight. The most resistant strains of the species are selected in IVBIOTIC compositions. These resistant strains are freeze-dried, or stabilized, tested for viability and colony-forming units. Saccharomyces boulardii is dried under specific conditions.
